Ms. Calugareanu has been part of the Board of Directors of CEC Bank, as a member, since 12.12.2017.
She holds solid professional experience, of approximately 26 years, in the field of Finances. Starting with July 2017, she held the position of President of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration. Between 2001 and 2017, she was appointed in several management positions in the field of public finances: Executive Manager and Deputy Executive Manager for Collection – Bucharest City General Regional Public Finances Directorate, Deputy General Manager for Collection – General Directorate for the Administration of Large Taxpayers, deputy head of District 1 Administration of Public Finances, head of service for Fiscal Inspection – Bucharest City Public Finances General Directorate. Previously, she acted as a specialty inspector in District 1 Financial Administration and as a fiscal advisor with SC Finexpert SRL.
She graduated from the Faculty of Management within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, completing her postuniversity studies in the Management of Public Institutions inside the same academic institution. She holds a PhD in Finances as of January 2018.
In addition to her academic degrees, she attended various courses and professional development programmes, becoming certified as a chartered accountant, a trainer, and a fiscal advisor.
Ms. Calugareanu is the author and co-author of over 25 articles published in fiscal magazines (Revista Tribuna Economica, Revista Capital, Journal of Economics and Technologies Knowledge, etc.). She also took part in several economic-themed scientific sessions and conferences in Romania and abroad.
