Verify the legitimacy of the alleged organizations that request donations for the fight against COVID-19.

If you consider yourself a victim of fraud, inform the bank immediately at

  • Pay attention to e-mails requesting personal information for medical consultations.

  • Decline the requests of persons claiming to be representatives of a bank, authorities or medical services that will require the provision of a password or other sensitive personal data.

  • Do not open suspicious links and attachments.

  • Be careful when accessing maps with information on the spread of COVID-19. The ones that will indicate the installation of some applications favor the theft of authentication data.
