- select the option “ I want to: Challenge a transaction operated via CEC Bank card”
- depending on the transaction being challenged, select “Challenging acknowledged/authorized transaction” or “Challenging non-acknowledged/unauthorized transaction”
- download either .DOC version (editable form, which can be uploaded on the website right after being filled-in), or the .PDF version (which must be printed, filled-in, signed, scanned and than uploaded on the website)
- if you have additional documents (for instance, EPOS receipts), u can upload these to
