2) Directly on the website www.cec.ro, at Contact section (https://www.cec.ro/contact), following only a few simple steps:

- select the option “ I want to: Challenge a transaction operated via CEC Bank card”
- depending on the transaction being challenged, select “Challenging acknowledged/authorized transaction” or “Challenging non-acknowledged/unauthorized transaction”
- download either .DOC version (editable form, which can be uploaded on the website right after being filled-in), or the .PDF version (which must be printed, filled-in, signed, scanned and than uploaded on the website)
- if you have additional documents (for instance, EPOS receipts), u can upload these to

3) At any agency of the Bank

CEC Bank will seek to solve all such challenged transaction in the shortest interval possible.
