Overnight credit ceiling previously granted for external revenues

Provides fluidity and promptitude in client payments (the client is not subject to the risk of being registered with PIR major incidents)

Flexible guarantees

The Bank offers free advice regarding the preparation of documentation to access the overnight credit ceiling.
Eligible customers: any legal person registered with the National Trade Register Office that meets the general lending conditions related to internal regulations

Credit Destination: Emergency funding of the amounts that will be cashed starting with the currency date future to the receipt of the SWIFT message, in order to generate cash availability in the client’s account for cash payments with legal destination.

Ceiling foreign currency: EURO or USD

The period of ceiling granting: maximum 12 months with the possibility of renewal for further periods of maximum 12 months each.

Lending period: maximum 1 banking day; lending operation of the client’s account is performed on the base of the SWIFT message

Maximum ceiling value: EURO 150.000 (or the equivalent in USD) but shall not exceed the monthly medium monetary account of the current account in foreign currency, calculated on the last 6 months.

- movable mortgage on the client’s current accounts open with the Bank 
- promissory notes, in white, stipulated "without protest" issued by the company and guaranteed by the company administrator/shareholder

Credit reimbursement (the amounts used in the ceiling) is performed in the following working day of credit granting, namely when the client’s current account is credited with the amount cashed externally, according to SWIFT message or from any other client’s own current revenues, other than those granted by the Bank, if the maturity of SWIFT message has been exceeded.
