During the period of time between June 11th and December 31st, 2018, CEC BANK meets the needs of the natural person taxpayers by a promotion through which the amounts representing payments of taxes, duties, contributions and other debts to the State budget or local budgets, as collected by public institutions, shall be collected at the Bank’s pay desks, without any fees chargeable to the taxpayer.

Thus, until December 31st, 2018, the tax and duty payment operations of the natural persons can be performed without any bank fees, through all available channels, namely:

  • CEC Bank Mobile Banking Application;
  • Internet Banking CEConline Application;
  • Intra-bank transfer;
  • By cash, at the Bank’s pay desks.

To perform payment operations at CEC Bank pay desks, the payer shall be familiarized with the details necessary for the payment, namely the Personal Numeric Code of the taxpayer/payer, the payable amount, the budget account code, the beneficiary and beneficiary’s details (UTRN/NIF etc.)
