Throughout 22-24 November 2007, CEC was present at the 6th edition of the Fair for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises - TIMM 2007. The event was hosted by the ROMEXPO Exhibitions Complex in Bucharest, at the same time as the National Cooperatist Fair, TINCOOP.
Continuing recent years’ tradition, the Ministry for SMEs, Trade, Tourism, and Liberal Professions made available a modern platform to small and large entrepreneurs, by encouraging the exchange of ideas, offers and opportunities.
Unlike its previous editions, TIMM 2007 brought to the fore the latest data on the possibilities of small and medium-sized enterprises of accessing the European funds channeled to Romania following EU accession. During the event itself, the Ministry for SMEs, Trade, Tourism, and Liberal Professions launched a Guide of financing sources for small and medium-sized enterprises, encompassing all procedures to be followed by SMEs in accessing national or European funds.
Workshops included a description of several financial assistance programs funded from the state budget and from European funds, as well as the adequate techniques for accessing such funds by SMEs.
Over 120 participants were present at the event, within an area exceeding 4,000 square meters.
